I failed my first IPPT today. In the morning, I went for my very first IPPT. It’s pretty fast. We started at 7.30am and it ended at around 9.30am. According to ns.sg, IPPT will end by 11.30am.
I was impressed by the equipments Bedok Camp has to test our stations. For all the stations, i.e. shuttle-run, sit-up, standing-broad-jump, pull-up, and 2.4km-run, we used our tags with some identification where the machines can actually detect our movements and count our moves. Of course, machines are not all together reliable. At my pull-up station, the machine was faulty, and the PTI (Physical Training Instructor) had to adjust my points.
Wanna know my actual result? Well, i only failed 2.4km-run… That, alone, essentially means I failed the whole IPPT. *sad
Try harder next time… Haha…
I think I have two more attempts before my window is closed. I really do not want to do RT and detriment my availability. I hope I can attain Silver and collect my $200. Ahhhhhhh…..
