I stumbled upon a blog post by Rebecca Leaman on her Free All-Access Animoto for Educators entry. Rebecca Leaman is also one of the moderators for AuthorityBlogger forum.
Need help with creating videos?
No time to make one?
Want to compile photos into a memorable video?
Animoto can help!
Basically, what it does is… Animoto takes your pictures and your music (if you choose to use yours; if not, they’ll use theirs) and then they’ll create a video out of it.
The thing is, it is not free.
This is how Animoto charge per video creation:
Video length 30 seconds or lesser - FREE
Video length longer then 30 seconds - US $3 per video
All-Access-Pass - US $30 per annum
Any video longer than 30 seconds, Animoto considers it a Full-length video. You can purchase a All-Access-Pass at the price of US $30 per annum to get unlimited video creation though.
There is a free-all-access for educators and their students, though.
